MARCH 2010 CLASSES

The Gym at 10th Street recognizes the need for Aerobic Fitness Classes and has recently added a Cardio Room complete with its own sound and lighting system. This added feature only adds to our award winning Atomsphere. The Gym at 10th Street currently is offering: Yoga, Spinning, Boot Camp/Kick Boxing, Core Blaster, !Balls!, Intermediate Spin & Abs, !Abs! .

The Gym at 10th street has recently started the customer rewards program...Take 9 fitness classes and your 10th class is free. Obtain your rewards card at our front counter.

Spinning
Be coached thru a "ride" session with skilled instructors as you pedal off the pounds in a group setting. A low impact, high intensity 50 minute cardiovascular workout simulating bicycling through hills and flatlands at varying levels of resistance and speed. Spin is controlled by the rider-the challenge is all yours.

Intermediate Spin & Abs
An intermediate level spin class incoporating approx. 15 minutes of abdominal work to finish off the class. This class can be tailored to any fitness level so give it a try.

Core Blaster
Looking for a flat stomach? This is a total body weight training class using a combination of dumbells, medicine/exercise balls to tone and firm your whole body. We focus on strengthening the "core" and abdominal area and on increasing your balance and stamina. This class can be tailored to your individual fitness level.

ABS
A 30 minute class focusing only on strengthening and toning the stomach area - not for the faint of heart!

WEDNESDAY.. 6:30AM With Instructor LAURA

!B.A.L.L.S.!
A toning class using medicine/exercise balls. This class concentrates on the abdominal area but a total body workout will be achieved. You will learn the "latest and greatest" and most fun of ball exercises. Ready???

Steve's HIGH INTENSITY Boot Camp
A high intensity kick-boxing class with our favorite DRill Sergeant STEVE! A total body workout sure to get your heart racing! You will burn fat and tone muscle while havin a great time(not). Kick-Boxing at its finest.

Yoga
This class is a great way to stretch and relax. It is appropriate for all levels to improve core strength, flexibility and balance.
